Prices quoted are for functions of 30 persons and above. Final numbers, confirmed menus and function arrangements are required 3 days prior to the function day commencement. Arrangements are final after this time. Charges will be based on final numbers. In the event of a confirmed function being cancelled within 3 days prior to function commencement the client will be liable for 50% of the quoted food costs. The client agrees to commence the function at the time agreed and to vacate the premises at the time agreed.
